Buy it!!!

So I'm a bass player and used this to tweak my Cliff Burton tone and it totally worked. Aside from that, this is the most versatile pedal I've ever had. I play lots of different genres and omg you can make this pedal suit any. Adding this little guy to my board is a total game changer. Can't rave about it enough! Just do it, buy it. Also just to brag on Sweetwater- I've never had such amazing customer service before and their shipping is phenomenal. I don't live close at all. Ordered on a Wednesday night and got it Friday afternoon. This company is outstanding!

Unsure About This One

Love the Behringer version of the Tube Screamer, their EQ Pedal, and the Super Fuzz, as well. The Super Fuzz, in particular, is worth the minimal cost even for the Boost feature alone. Crazy good! The FX600 Digital Multi-FX is not a bad pedal, but maybe just not quite as good as some of their other ones. Chorus is actually decent, but I don't use a lot of Chorus. Some of the other effects are among those my Electro-Harmonix Canyon pedal offers, as well, and I tend to use those much more. They are sublime in every way. So, if you mainly want to experiment with a Multi-EFX pedal before deciding which effects you most like or just need a flavoring of effects on occasion, then the FX600 will likely meet your needs. Yet, if you want something with killer tones, you may want to consider others. Again, it's not bad, but just not quite as good as some other Behringer pedals, which are quite a steal for the price.

FX600

This is a really nice pedal. Especially for the money. I really like the tremolo setting. All in all a great value. I'm very pleased.

Great for specific uses

This is great when you just want to tote a jack of all trades pedal somewhere that gets you a broad example of several effects. It has the same basic sound/flavor (like a house seasoning) throughout the effect types, and if you like it you like it, if you don't, you don't. It has a 2D liquid metallic character to it. The phaser is so bad that it's good, meaning that it doesn't sound like anything else out there. It's cool actually. I have 5 phasers and I can still use it. The chorus is a basic 10-watt amp tweak-able chorus but it's here. Flanger is legitimately usable even though I much prefer my old school HashBrowns. All with the same 2D liquified metal character. Delay is a mini version of their digital delay.

This is a "jack of all-master of none but take it to a casual sit down jam practice/writing sesh and leave your board at home" pedal. Or hook this up to your practice amp where you write and record demos.

It's usable and cheap. Great for beginners or a simple one-pedal solution for when you don't want 7 pedals strung up waiting like like giant legos for you to trip over.
