Cheaper and Better??

Our group moved to this system after touring on a much more expensive system that we were renting. We were in total fear because we THOUGHT we were using the best system and having to move to a budget system; but were absolutely in shock when the sennheiser system blew the other out of the water! We didnt think it was working for the first 5 minutes because we were waiting on the roar of the noise floor and perodic static that we were used to on the other, more expensive system. The use of AA batteries is probably my favorite feature; they last 3-4 times as long as those systems that use 9v batteries. No more having to tape backup batteries to the performers gear "just in case"; now i just let them do their thing.

So if you´re not using any in-ear system and you´re a pro or have the cash, atleast try it. There really is an enermous difference in the quality of your output when your hear EVERYTHING through the mix no matter how high the stagevolume is or the monitoring of other players. No more pushing but for the effect. Every little whisper that goes in the mic is definite and well monitored right in your ear. Everything from a whisper to a Scream. I´ve tried the Shure-700 series but definately preferred this one. The use is easier to master in a stressful liveperformance situation. And I think the soundquality is better too(!)
