Sennheiser's EW 165 G2 set is built around the SKM 165 transmitter, with reliable transmission and extended range due to high RF output power. The EW 165 allows you to choose from 1440 tunable UHF frequencies for interference-free performance.

Quality Sennheiser 865 cartridge with super-cardioid pattern
The EW 165 G2 transmitter is perfectly matched to a Sennheiser E 865 cartridge to provide a fully professional super-cardioid vocal microphone that rejects bleed from onstage instruments and other voices. The EW 165 G2 also gives you an outstanding 40Hz-20kHz frequency range and a solid 144dB maximum SPL, so loud environments don't faze it. The mic capsule incorporates a special blast/pop protection plate to shield the diaphragm from excessive sound pressure levels.

Rugged half-rack receiver with Automatic Frequency Scan
To complete the Sennheiser EW 165 G2, the EM 100 G2 receiver fits in a half rack space and features user-friendly menu operation via its backlit display. The HDX compander ensures crystal-clear sound, while the EM 100's Automatic Frequency Scan makes setup quick and easy.
