At first, our church was hesitant to spend the money for this unit. We still own an older model just like this one, but it is losing power. After purchasing this unit and plugging it directly into the board, the sound output was incredible, the voices were clear, plenty of power (minimal gain needed to project through our system vs our old system that required 75% of the gain to hear anyone, which was also on an unbalanced input vs the new unit plugged in balanced). We use this with the countryman mic and have had no complaints, just praise from whoever uses it. Highly recommended to anyone!
