Customer Reviewsfrom Green Bay, WI August 21, 2010 Music Background: Former Pro, Hobbiest "A Sweet Guitar And Excellent Service"I purchased this guitar in July of 2010. I had been playing a nylon string guitar for the last couple of years so it took me a while to get my chops back in shape to make music on a steel string guitar. Now that I have, I love this guitar's action, intonation, and above all looks. It may be a little top heavy and I might be interested in getting a tune-o-matic bridge installed if that's possible. Otherwise I'm really happy with the whole package.I applaud Sweetwater for their customer care in shipping and 55 point product evaluation in that my guitar arrived in perfect shape and playing condition. I also applaud my Rep for getting back in touch with me in a timely fashion to get my feedback on our transaction with which I am really pleased. I'm happy with this guitar both in quality and price, and in my whole experience with Sweetwater. from Imperial, CA May 31, 2010 Music Background: Texas Swing and Big Band guitar guy. A Pleasant SurpriseI owned the original Howard Roberts Gibson with a floating Mini-humbucker. The floating pickup has a warm sweet sound all of its own. Gibson used a laminated top and round sound hole. It was acoustically dead. After several mounted pick up rigs, I took a chance on an Epiphone. I'm glad I did. It is not an acoustic guitar. It is a surprisingly well put together and finished jazz-box. Those that pick it up and plug it in, have one word to say. WOW!
