I own the Epiphone Les Paul Custom Plus, and I had a Gibson Les Paul Custom. Truth is the Gibson is a better made guitar and you can feel it in the way it plays. That being said though, I could buy 4 ... read more [+]Epiphones for the price of a Gibon and there just isn't that kind of money differance in the way they play, The Epiphone will rock your socks off and has a sound you simply had to try to beleive. I know, you thought Epiphone was a cheap guitar, No way, this thing is bad to the bone and unless I start getting record contacts being thrown at me and money doesn't mean anything I will be very happy with my Epiphone, Buy this, set it up the way you like and listen, this is the kind of sound that makes you smile all over. close [-]
