Add Some Top End Sizzle

I saw a description of this pre that recommended using it on snare drums to get a real "crack". Well that is exactly what I was looking for and this preamp delivered! With a SM57, it has just the right amount of top end to really make the snare pop through, but also really adds some weight to the bottom, so if need a fatter snare sound, it does the job there too.

I also used this on an acoustic guitar track that needed to cut through the mix and it was perfect for the job, sitting forward but not harsh at all.

As with all the A-Designs products, this is well built and seems like it will last forever.
