Jack Casady Bass case

Package received 3 days,and sales engineer Wes called to make sure everything was okay.GREAT service in delivery,and GREAT follow-up by Wes! Since then,I've ordered 2 more items,got them in 3 days,and got another follow-up call.I wish all companies had this great of customer service!!!

Worth the wait

I was very pleased to find an Epiphone Jack Casady bass at a local music store. However, it came without a case, so that I was afraid to take it out of the house, to play with friends. Online, everybody listed it, but nobody had one. This lasted a couple of months. Finally, Sweetwater got them in, so I bought one. There was some confusion in my order, and a guy called from Sweetwater. He was very helpful, and we got it sorted out. The case came to me very quickly, right when he said it would. The case is very protective, with a solid shell and excellent plush inside; it fits like a glove. The only problem is the latches. The part you grab to open or close the latches is very thin. Though
I guess it is heavy enough, it feels flimsy, and actually seems so thin that you could cut your finger on it. I'm sure it will be fine, and protect my instrument very well. I couldn't be more pleased with the attention and service I received from Sweetwater; I'm sure to be a repeat customer.
