from Brooklyn, NY March 28, 2012 A New Sweetwater Fan!Sweetwater was AMAZING. This was the first time I ordered from them, and I really was incredibly impressed with their customer service. I feel like I know John, my personal customer service rep, now! They called to confirm the order, they called back once it'd been shipped to make sure I received it in good condition, and they even remembered that I was getting it as a birthday gift and wanted to know how my boyfriend liked his new banjo! Everything was great - the customer service, the price (better than the zillions of other websites I searched for this particular banjo on), and the shipping was fast. The banjo itself is great - my boyfriend LOVED it! It has an amazing tone and is really beautiful.
