amazing guitar!

I have wanted this guitar since the 90's when the Gibson models were popular with some of my favorite bands. I lead worship at church with a full band,so this along with my Fishman loudbox performer amp gives me the sound I want and can compeate with electric instruments and a loud drumer with no feedback! Plays well and sounds even better! I absoulty love this guitar and I've owned some good ones in the last 18 years of playing. Highly recomend!

Awesome Guitar for the price

This thing is amazing. Fist off it is beautiful with its all black body. I was looking for a good quality acoustic/electric but I was on a budget and decided on this one. I am not dissapointed. It is very easy to play. I have always been impressed with Epiphone and this guitar is no exception. I would recommend this guitar to anyone.

Pro Musician,

Church Praise team,

I have 2 of these that I play in church and on the road,This Guitar has a great sound if you turn down the preamp on the guitar and use your amp or system to get your volume..other wise it gets a bit twangy....that's ok if you like that..but I prefer a clean acoustic natural sound! Has a great Bass Mid high sound

Great looking and solid. Sounds pretty good.

As others have mentioned, turning up the built-in preamp on this guitar leads to a faux electric sound which most won't find desirable. But if the volume is kept dialed back and then boosted though an external amp, the tone is pleasant and clean. Would probably be good for live performance. I use it in a home studio. Also, it has a beautiful finish.

Heavy but a nice looker!!

VERY heavy in comparison with others like it - I have a Parker Bronze Fly too which weighs NOTHING, so perhaps I'm being unfair, but it certainly is MUCH heavier than others like it - I got it as a replacement for a similar looking Yamaha AEX500 (sadly discontinued) which i gave away to someone in a moment of madness...... It also lacks the strap bolt at the bottom of the neck which I think is a little irritating - having to get that added.

beautiful guitar.....but

I bought this guitar 8 months ago, and it took me "minutes" to figure
out that it was the preamp/ nanoflex pickup that was making my
music sound like I was on the dirty channel. Now I control the
sound by turning down the preamp, and setting everything with
my amp only.....this seems to work well enough. the company
needs to make some changes---otherwise this guitar sure is a
beautiful instrument, with a nice 1 23/32 nut, and C shaped neck.
