Back to the guitar...The sales rep. was up-front as he informed me that the tuning keys could stand to be up-graded (which I agree), however; the DR-100 stays in tune and has nice rich tones. There are no action/intonation problems to report, no sharp frets, nothing is wrong with this instrument. Plus, the natural finish is wonderful (the ebony finish is also well-done.
