“The 835s has a great clear tone, very strong output and I love the quiet switch and heavy duty construction. The cardiod pattern allows one to move off axis with out drastically changing output.
On the flip side, I've had instances where the broad pattern allowed ambient bar noise/reflections off glass to cause problems.
