Great service and quick to.

The countryman replacement cord did the job with the help of the staff at Sweetwater. I was amazed that I had my very own sales rep and that I'd get this person whenever I felt with you folks. In a world where more and more of the people we talk to for product support are over seas it's nice to have a high tech company with a a home town friendliness. Great Job!

Perfect fit

When a cable goes bad right in the middle of a pastors sermon, it is not a good thing and also embarrassing. The cable we just bought from Sweetwater not only was a perfect fit for our Senheiser system but made it sound richer.
