Hence the name, Microphone Output Limiter. This allows you to get maximum noise performance and also allows maximum resolution for an analog to digital converter, all without worrying about clipping. When you don't have a chance at a second take, you want the Dual RPA 500's mic-limiter technology. This 500 Series module also features phantom power, phase reverse, and a 75Hz highpass filter.
