Man, this thing is good for a little crunch on one channel, a more searing tone on the other channel, and when I combine them it's a pretty good metal sound. I run it into my Bassman and it is louder ... read more [+]than any other pedal I've used to push this amp. You have to keep the volumes down if your trying to match the clean sound of the amp. this pedal is actually kind of cool for those who are trying to get a decent mix of clean tone with your overdrive/distortion and you can actually combine the two channels to activate simultaneously. ... read more [+] The problem is with this pedal you cant really achieve a solid distortion without really sponging up the sound. Unfortunately the clean signal that still lays beneath the overdrive when only one channel is activated is quite distracting since you cant adjust the ratio between the two signals. its good for experimenting with a new sound, but it does not do the trick for me. close [-]
