Live Pro Tools Recording with VENUE and D-Show
As market leaders in the professional recording equipment market, Digidesign carefully analyzed the requirements for live recording and playback. The result was a range of scalable options for VENUE that includes the Pro Tools|HD TDM Recording Option.

Pro Tools|HD TDM Record Option
The TDM Record option allows VENUE/D-Show operators to directly link a full Pro Tools|HD system with VENUE's digital engine, providing up to 96 simultaneous recording tracks. The TDM Record option card provides DigiLink connections on the FOH Rack that connect directly to the HD Core and Accel cards of the TDM system, without requiring additional Pro Tools|HD I/O hardware peripherals. The resulting recording is a native Pro Tools TDM session, ready to be taken to the studio for detailed editing, processing, and mixdown.
