A rare classic is reborn!
The Gibson RD is one of the rarer guitars in the Gibson line, only seeing production for about five years. In response to demand from collectors, Gibson has graciously re-issued the RD as a Guitar of the Week, wrapped in a slick Silverburst finish. The body and neck are mahogany for the warm tones that you expect from a Gibson with an ebony fingerboard for extra bite. The RD is considered to be quite a rocker, and Gibson equipped this incarnation of the RD with Dirty Finger pickups for the ultimate in power and sustain. Limited run of 400.
