Update on Last review

Now having spent time with "Clint' from Sweetwater and 'Ken" at Elation, I have a grasp of how this box works, After finally understanding the terminology (Scenes,chases, fixtures, scanners,etc) and the 255/512 channel allotments and 16 channel per fixture count, I have 18 fixtures up and running scenes, chases,etc with fades and audio control just fine, hope nothing goes wrong on a gig 'cause I will still need the manuals to lookup specific info for fixtures as they all differ...

Built well, but confusing...

read, then re-read instructions. I can program an old DX-7 but can't get this to correctly work with ADJ and Chauvet LED lighting. Also, the fades have a 'zipper' effect when dimming. The build quality seem good, but the flimsy wall-wart power supply will undoubtably fail soon so I will prophylactically order a spare for the gig I am on when it does.

Good choice for a limited budget

We added to an old set of pars 6 LEDs and this board worked great for controlling them. The initial setup was a little tricky, but once the channels were figured out the unit worked great.

We are a medium size church that added the board and
the lights to the old sanctuary. The old sanctuary is now the student/children area.

I bought this controller 3 days a purchasing another brand and it does just what i says it does works like a charm

Aalskan tough

Works well does what it says it will do haven't tried out all the features but will in time. Its about to go through an alaskan winter pretty soon. I am very happy with it when i first tested it out.
