Special Sweetwater Edition
The Martin D-18V Sweetwater Edition is truly a special guitar, built with the same premium components that make the D-18V the classic loved since its introduction in 1931! This special edition, however, features an upgraded solid Adirondack Spruce top specifically chosen to give this guitar the best possible sonority - classic D-18 tone enhanced. Equipped with a premium Fishman Ellipse Aura System, the Martin D-18 Sweetwater Edition was designed with the performer in mind!

Premium Martin craftsmanship
An American classic, the D-18 was introduced in 1931 and is the original 14-fret Martin dreadnought. With vintage, time-tested design including scalloped bracing, a modified V-shaped neck, period fingerboard inlays, and vintage tuning machines, the D-18 has been a favorite of guitarists since its introduction. This guitar features a solid Adirondack spruce top, and mahogany back and sides. A black fiber back inlay and ebony fingerboard add style, while a top-of-the-line Fishman Ellipse Aura Pickup System makes this classic Martin sound great plugged into your acoustic amp!
