I'm a band/musician more into performing than being a computer expert. Elements is the perfect fit... Not needed to be too techy savvy to use.*Hobby dude- When you open a new project name it and it won't be 'untitled' anymore....Go to 'file' drop down menu>"save as">type song title in prompt box exactly as it is on the folder>the song title will appear at the top of the screen/box>now each time you close out it will go to the 'titled folder'. from Florida September 12, 2012Music Background: Hobbyist Big step from LE 1I used LE 1 for about 5 years. Did the job fine. Needed to upgrade with new PC. For the Price of elements, you can't go wrong! After seeing videos of the full version i wish i had the money to upgrade.Elements has plenty of features, plenty of factory presets. Only reason this isn't a 5-star for me, is that every time I start an empty project, it saves it under a new, untitled folder. So i've got about 100 empty folders. Maybe its something i'm doing wrong. I also wish this program came with unlimited mp3 conversions. I use a focusrite scarlette 18i6 interface, both can easily record up to 96khz, 24-bit, if you're interested in this approach.
