I did not have any problems installing it on the Windows XP environment everything went smooth. It took me some time to get familiarized with the programs to design and to print, at the end of day it ... read more [+]was not so difficult, the programs' interfaces are friendly. The only problem is that the program that burns & prints does not accept a different file format for the design, only the format from the other program (for design) that comes with it. I had a design already for my cd made from Nero, and I had to do it again using the program that comes with the machine. But ended up better because the program has more features. close [-]
