Great Studio computer

I purchased this to replace my first Creation Station, that I got in 2007, that will by rotated into my home office to replace an obsolete Dell XPS.
This new Creation Station, like my first one, is super fast and super quiet just as expected. I purchase all my gear from Sweetwater because their customer service is simply the best bar none.

It Simply Works!

I use Macs but since Apple's move to Lion OSX I find the operating
system is always in the way and for work I do not want twitter, Facebook
nor other iOS features.
I read that Sweetwater assembled and tweaked its own computers.So, with trepidation I decided to purchase a Windows 7 box for my DAW.
The way Sweetwater has set up the CS450 it is simply the best
experience I have ever had booting up a new computer. Within a day I was working. ..(Unlike the HP Z800 I use).. As Apple would say: It Simply works.
I would have given it 5 stars but a computer of this caliber should be
running Windows 7 Pro. Upgrading from Home Premium was easy but a little annoying so that the CS450 could use the full 24Gb of memory I
installed. It's a small point but I think merits a half star deduction.

However, the care SW put into making sure the BIOS and the OS is
running at optimum level, puts even Apple to shame.Sweetwater has assembled a quiet rig that is fast, smooth and unlike Apple or HP I have not had to call tech support within the first few days of ownership.
This is the best experience I have had in using a new computer. Windows
7 is very easy to use if you are used to OSX.

It comes with a 2 year warranty too, so there are no hidden costs. I
highly recommend this computer to anyone working with audio for video or multi-media. It's more than powerful enough to handle Video sound editing.

And anyone wanting to switch from OSX 10.7 to Windows 7, Sweetwater
provides a great computer and wonderful service.
