The PRS Collection Series IV features tonewoods rarely found on acoustic guitars today. For starters, there's its gorgeous Honduran rosewood back and sides, a rare treat to begin with. It's topped by a choice selection of European spruce, which gives you sparkle and extreme clarity to go with the bold and expressive sound of the rosewood body. The Collection Series IV also features a neck made of pernambuco or "Brazil wood," the now nearly unobtainable wood traditionally used in making bows for stringed instruments.
