I am in the market for new headphones because the Samson CH70s I bought, not from Sweetwater but from a local music store, broke at the earcup joints. After the plastic cracked they wouldn't even sea... read more [+]t around my ears but instead pulled away at 45 degree angles from my head to the point where I could barely hear them(without using my hands to press them against my head--when you're playing a guitar that's not a good thing to have to do). These headphones sound okay for the price but the design is stone age. They are simply not designed to last for any more than a few months without breaking. I tried to jerry rig them with electrical tape but once the tape started to stretch they were completely useless again. I have thrown them away and will never buy anything from Samson again. close [-]
