I've used it with my PC2X since May 2000, always operated smoothly and never had an issue until 2008. At that time, (I don't know the names of these parts) the nylon piece that engages the gear on th... read more [+]e volume pot began catching when in the off (volume down) position on the plastic piece that holds it tight against the gear. When the pedal is pushed down again, it snaps on this plastic piece, eventually breaking it. Some super glue and pieces of gaffer tape have kept it repaired between sets on stage, but if the nylon piece had originally been 1/4" longer, this probably wouldn't have ever happened. close [-]

It lasted 1 year..Not a well made item.I'm using my very short travel EV-5, but IT DOESN'T CRACK IN HALF...Do they make a rugged CC-1 pedal?? close [-]
