The result is even, balanced sound without frequency lobing inconsistencies as you move around the coverage area. Best of all, you can switch between 45-degree vertical dispersion (for medium-throw coverage in smaller rooms) and 25-degree vertical dispersion (for long-throw coverage in larger rooms). Robby ResnickSome things function as both art and object. This is absolutely one of them. The JBL CBT's provide line array coverage and clarity for a fraction of the cost of other systems. They sound amazing on their own for spoken word or - coupled with a CBT 50 or 100 - can project music throughout a large space without losing clarity. It amazes me how they have controlled and focused the energy these boxes put out. (And when installed properly, they are as pretty to look at as they are to listen to!)
