Organ enthusiasts around the globe adored the Nord C1 for its spot-on tonewheel, Vox, and Farfisa digital models — all packed into a surprisingly lightweight keyboard instrument. And the 61-key Nord C2 is set to carry on that tradition. Inside the Nord C2, you'll find the same three organ models that brought the C1 all of its acclaim — the tonewheel organ, Vox, and Farfisa models. More than that, though, Nord added a stunning baroque pipe organ, so the C2 is more versatile than ever before.

Adds a beautiful baroque pipe organ sound
Nord gave the C2 a baroque pipe organ sound, making it a versatile instrument for rock organ players, but also a great choice for churches, concert and congregation halls, and beyond. The C2's pipe organ has a total of 21 stops, distributed across the Swell (9 stops) manual, the Great (9 stops) manual, and the bass section (3 stops). Contrary to the Nord C2's tonewheel organ, Farfisa, and Vox models, the pipe organ is sampled, using Nord's leading sampling technologies for real-to-life sound.

Keyboard gives you the rock-solid feel of an original tonewheel organ
To make the Nord C2 better than ever before, Nord enhanced its waterfall keyboard action, making it slightly firmer. The end result is the rock-solid feel of an original tonewheel organ — loaded with the ultra-fast response time you expect from your Nord organ.

Flexible routing capabilities for your many sounds
Nord went ahead and improved the C2's output routing capabilities, so it's easy for you to get the sounds where you need them. The main left and right outputs are one group, separated from the Leslie 11-pin and High Level outputs. This makes it easy to route your tonewheel organ, for example, always to a rotary speaker on the 11-pin or High Level jack output. At the same time, you can route the pipe organ to the PA through the main output. Another option would be to have the transistor organs routed to a combo amplifier via one of the main outputs, and the tonewheel organ routed to a rotary speaker connected at one of the High Level outputs.

Built-in effects to refine your sound
To really custom-tailor your sounds, Nord gave the C2 their best tube-style overdrive, rotating-speaker simulation, delay, reverb, and 3-band EQ effects.

Handy monitor input for playing along with an MP3 player
Just plug in your MP3 or CD player to the C2 to be able to play along, rehearse, or jam with previously recorded music without the need of an external mixer or sound system. You can hear whatever you have connected to this input, right through the C2's headphone output.
