I am a grade three bagpiper - just getting into dance music (jigs, reels, hornpipes and strathspeys). I had no difficulty getting the feel for marches. Dance rhythms have been difficult for me. Body... read more [+]-beat has helped me internalize the beat and that has made a big difference in the musicality of my tunes. This has been a very useful tool for me.

The only improvement that I should like to see is a way to make the beat "louder" as it is sometimes difficult to feel. I have put my vibrating clip on a headband and located it near my temple. This seems to work best for me. close [-]
