I have heard a PRS SE through this and a Gretsch G100 CE and I was amazed by the differences from each guitar. The humbuckers from the PRS almost gave this amp a glistening sound and for some reason I kind of heard this wah thing going on, I can not explain it. As we dialed through the knobs on the amp with the Gretsch semi-hollow plugged in, we really made that thing crunch. It has a single floating pickup that just sizzles like a steak! I absolutely want to buy this combo for my recordings. I like the reverb, and the gain on this little amp is astounding as well.
