The BFD 2 sound library, which was recorded at London’s legendary Air Lyndhurst studios, features each instrument captured in immaculate detail with multiple mic setups. Within the user interface, you have complete control over the mics like you would in a mixing situation.

Assemble kits in seconds
BFD 2 lets you assemble large custom kits in seconds, and tweak things like tuning, damping, velocity response and more. The built-in Groove engine lets you create, record and edit drum performances, with a variety of humanization effects. You can even arrange a full song's drum track directly within BFD 2.

Killer sound library
The sound library, recorded at London's legendary Air Lyndhurst studios, features each instrument captured in immaculate detail with multiple mics including stereo overheads and rooms, as well as a mid/side room set allowing true mono and incredible-sounding expanded stereo.

Intuitive interface
BFD 2's interface allows you to work with the mics like you're mixing a recording of a drum kit. You can freely route and sidechain signals, create custom submixes, and use the included suite of high-quality circuit-modelled processors and effects, including track and bus compressors and limiters, EQ and filters, flangers, phasers, chorus, distortion. If you're more of a musician than an engineer, you can use the supplied drum mix presets and concentrate on your arrangements instead!
