Zoom B2 out of the box

I had tried another brand of Bass Effects Pedal and was disappointed so I ordered the Zoom B2. What a product!!! It has a metal case and an on/off switch. I has a 9 volt power supply or can run on batteries. The standard patches really offer some REAL variety. Heavy rock bass, bass fuzz, or Jazz plunking...it does it all. This product is a winner. I think I am going to try some other Zoom products.

PHENOMENAL!!!

I was desperate for a way to lay down great bass tracks in my home studio and I didn't expect much from a bass processor for under $100 that's for sure! I gave this box a shot on a whim and was completely blown away. You seriously can't tell the difference between this box and a several thousand dollar miked bass rig when recorded. Unbelievable. Don't let the price fool you, get one today!!!

Awesome tones and effects!! the 96kHz sampling makes a BIG difference! All I wanted was a compressor and an EQ, But considering I get a whole lot more for about 100 Bucks, I took the plunge...Amp models are really good..effects are really powerful..Fretless modeling is spot on! never found the need for overdrive or distortion, but it sounds a little thin to me..else all good...The only gripe I have is that, unless you have wide feet, its quite tough to hold down both the footswitches together to get to the tuner or mute. Thats the only thing robbing it off a perfect score...All you guys thinking of getting multiple pedals, should give this one a try!! Nothing can beat this in value for money!!

Great Pedal

This is the second zoom B2 I have owned. Good live effects. Great for practicing and recording. Read the book, understand the concept, then mold the sound of this pedal to your sound. Don't let the effects be your sound, let the effects enhance your sound.
