Best Fishman Pedal + Best Acoustic Guitar Pedal

I've tried them all. No joke. Every Fishman and every brand. This is the best hands down. The sounds you can get from this are limitless and the quality is clean and glorious. Yes might be a little pricey but you get what you pay for and then some with this pedal. This should be the 1st thing any acoustic player should plug into.

Best Acoustic Pedal without compare

This pedal is 6 stars but they only allow 5. It will make any acoustic sing. I paired this pedal with my new Fender Highway Dreadnought and I can literally make it sound like anything. Out of the box, I loaded up some custom images for a Martin D35, Taylor 210e, and a Gibson AJ35 and they all sound so sweet. I'd recommend this pedal to anyone looking for a professinal sound with any acoustic. It's so customizable it's crazy and the sound is heaven.

Terrific pedal

The Fishman Aura DI is a terrific acoustic guitar preamp pedal. I use it mostly with a nylon string guitar (Godin Multiac). I hope to use with a steel string fingerstyle acoustic. The pedal is quite versatile and adds a great deal of color to the tone. There are many options to improve tone. Best is that it is very intuitive. Easy to use. The ability to remove the pedal if you want is a real asset. I am really enjoying the pedal.

Taylor ES2 Pickups plus Aura

I bought a similar unit from a different manufacturer but was very disappointed. I just got the Fishman unit today and was very pleased with the results. I have two Taylor's and one had a custom image for it available. The one with the custom image was definitely (Taylor 614ce) better. I've been very disappointed with the Taylor ES2 and don't understand why they would put it in their very expensive guitars. Fishman Aura Spectrum to the rescue! Worth every penny!

Go-to acoustic rig

This is worth every penny. As soon as I saw that Jason Isbell and James Taylor use these I was convinced to try the Aura out. I needed a good DI for live acoustic solo gigs and decided to take the leap with the modeling capabilities. I basically went from a bike to a yacht with the Aura. The mic modeling is incredible and very realistic, and I love that I can blend in DI tone and modeled tone. For live settings I keep the blend knob around 9 or 10 o'clock so it has some mic modeling but mostly my natural Gibson Hummingbird tone. There are more instrument and mic settings than I probably ever really need (not to mention all of the instrument tone wood options). It's great to be able to match it pretty precisely with your acoustic guitar or instrument for a realistic pairing. Go for this one.
