from June 23, 2012 Must have!I'm using two of these for various stereo mic'ing duties. Superb, you-are-there quality to them in omni AB stereo. Great on acoustic guitar. Haven't tried it yet on piano, but I'm looking forward to it.I also used 4047 MP as a vocal mic for a male vocal, and it won out over the two different mics I had set up to choose from. Nothing wrong with the other mics, but the 4047 had something special about it. Hard to describe, but the highs were there without being harsh -- while at the same time, they had zing to them. I'm guessing the transformer has something to do with this.
