Phaser Add-On Effects for Your Yamaha Mixer! The Yamaha Add-On Effects series is a range of unique and valuable effect programs specially designed and provided in the 96kHz audio DSP of the Yamaha Digital Consoles. You can freely assign these new effects in the same way as the current internal effect programs. Three in-demand stompbox phasers from the 1970s The AE-051 Vintage Stomp Package is a great way to access some vintage phaser sounds from the 1970s right in your Yamaha mixer. The AE-051 package includes three phaser models: the MAX100, Vintage Phaser, and Dual Phase. Although these vintage stompboxes are hard to come by, they are in considerable demand for both live performance and studio production. All three models feature graphical user interfaces that reflect the image of the 1970s while giving you the processing flexibility of Yamaha digital technology. Virtual Circuitry Modeling creates spot-on replicas The effect programs in the AE-051 use Yamaha's innovative Virtual Circuitry Modeling technology that, rather than simply attempting to approach the desired sound using conventional digital audio methods, actually models the analog circuitry... right down to the last resistor and capacitor. This technology was originally developed at Yamaha by Toshi Kunimoto and his group, the same sonic wizards who created the VL1 and VP1 - the world's first physical modeling synthesizers. VCM technology goes well beyond simply analyzing and modeling electronic components and emulating the sound of old equipment. The AE-051 effects are capable of capturing subtleties that simple digital simulations cannot even approach, and in fact create ideal examples of sought-after vintage gear. Works in 02R96V2, DM2000 and DM11000V2 You can install the AE-051 Vintage Stomp Package in your Yamaha 02R96V2, DM2000 or DM1000V2 digital mixer and instantly utilize these classic phaser effects.
