A 2.1 Monitoring System that Auto-calibrates to Your Room! The Genelec SE DSP System Triple Play includes two of Genelec's 8030A digital monitors, and a 10" SE72610 Genelec subwoofer that's expressly designed to work with the included GLM.SE software for total system control. A particularly excellent solution for small recording and mixing environments, the SE DSP System Triple Play is both easy to use and affordable - you also get Genelec's AutoCal, an automated self-calibration system that analyzes your room and makes appropriate adjustments to maximize the quality of your sound. Entirely network-controllable, yet self-calibrating, the Genelec SE DSP System Triple Play is ideal for smaller mixing environments! Genelec SE DSP System Triple Play at a Glance: Self-calibration that's excellent for smaller rooms Flexible sound management via included software Multiple modes of operation Acoustic self-calibration that's excellent for smaller rooms If you're forced to mix your projects in a smaller room, you know how difficult it can be when the room seems to work against you instead of with you. The Genelec SE DSP System Triple Play comes with Genelec's AutoCal for fast, easy, and consistent acoustic self-calibration. Using the included acoustic measurement microphone, AutoCal creates a compensation file for your soundcard, and proceeds to align levels while compensating for distance differences. The end result is a monitoring system that's optimized for the room you're working in - no tweaking necessary. But should you want to adjust the settings yourself, AutoCal gives you an accurate graphical display of the measured response, filter compensation, and the resulting system response for each loudspeaker, giving you full manual control of your own acoustic settings. You can even store setup files for different listening positions in the room! Flexible sound management via included software GLM.SE, or Genelec Loudspeaker Manager for Small Environments, comes with the Genelec SE DSP System Triple Play. Essentially, it's a loudspeaker control networking system that lets you conveniently and efficiently control all system parameters of the SE7261A sub and 8130A monitors - including main screen volume, solos, mutes, and bass bypass. Versatile modes of operation The Genelec SE DSP System Triple Play supports three modes of operation - Stand Alone, GLM.SE Computer Assisted, and Stand Alone Stored Settings, giving you a variety of adjustment and monitoring possibilities. In Stand Alone mode, you can toggle the standard room response controls and sensitivity adjustments with the DIP switches on your monitors. In GLM.SE Computer Assisted mode, the monitors ignore the DIP switches and, instead, rely on the acoustic parameters you have set through AutoCal or your own user-defined setups. Adding even more flexibility, you can actually store any acoustic parameters defined in GLM.SE software permanently on the SE7261A subwoofer - that way, if the network is removed, you still have consistent, accurate, room-customized performance when you use a computer without the GLM.SE software installed on it.
