very detailed sound. Allows me to know exactly whats going on in the low end. If your room can handle them , you have world class monitors.Serious stuff.

Theses Gennies Rock - Big Sound...Yet Wonderfully Detailed

They sound so neutral and yet have an amazing stero image that remains very wide. The depth of bass is incredible and you can feel the notes right down to the serious lows. The bass end is very clear and stays pretty tight. The mids are very very smooth with lots of detail. Vocals sound smooth and cymbals sound crisp and natural (not brashy or harsh). These speakers are beautifully built too. I like the overall curvey design, its has a very solid build to it, and the acoustically transparent grills protect the drivers (a Big plus).

Gift and A Curse

Sonically, (relative to perspective), superior. Detailed, and translate pretty well, (after the short learning curve).

Its important to plug into clean power, and be mindful of spiking rails as well as overloading them @ high spl.

The Amp Modules are very good at blowing, and can only be repaired when sending the unit back to Genelec.

Incredible Monitors!!!

These babies are the best. They sound so natural and pleasing, yet remain neutral across the frequency range.

The soundstage is beautiful. You feel right in the mix, with great recorded mixes.

Finally a tool for the pros.
