I bought this to act as a mixer/preamp between a Korg Kronos and a pair of near-field studio monitors. It does a very nice job, very quiet and reliable. I would recommend it for dedicated applications... read more [+] such as this so that one need not tie up a studio mixing console for things like composition sessions. It could also serve as an inexpensive introductory mixer for a student, although the number of channels is very limiting in that scenario. close [-]
