A variable crossover lets you set up the Gallien-Krueger 800RB bass amp head's dual amplifiers to bring out the perfect mix of boom and snap. A dedicated 300-watt amp power amp circuit drives the lows, while a 100-watt amp takes care of the highs, so the frequencies that need to most power don't stave the rest of your sound. On the way in, the GK 800RB lets you completely shape the sound of your bass. A 4-band EQ gives you conventional control of frequencies, whereas a switchable contour adjustment and footswitchable G.I.V.E. technology valve emulation let you add character and grit to your tone.
