A Blend of Vintage Tone and Modern Craftsmanship! The Wechter 5713 acoustic parlor guitar gives you the best of both worlds: a classic parlor-sized instrument that's great for fingerstyle, plus a modern neck design that gives you great access to the upper registers of the neck! The 5713 features a solid spruce top with scalloped braces (for maximum vibration and great tone), as well as rosewood back and sides material. It also includes a comfortable nato neck with a rosewood fingerboard. If you've ever wanted to get a combination of balanced, vintage-style tone and modern playability, pick up a 5713 today! Wechter 5713 Parlor Acoustic Guitar at a Glance: Quality construction Setup Wechter guitars - a fine tradition Quality construction Wechter's guitars feature a great combination of innovation, quality construction, and great materials. This model features a solid spruce top, rosewood back and sides, nato neck, and a rosewood fingerboard. The 5713 combines a classic parlor-sized body with a modern neck design, giving you 14 frets clear of the neck for easy playing in the upper registers. Setup The final setup on the 5713 is done in Wechter's Indiana shop, using the innovative Plek Pro machine. The Plek Pro puts the "finishing touches" on a guitar's fretwork, dressing the frets under true playing conditions. Wechter also installs brand new premium-quality strings, adjusts the action, adjusts the nut, trussrod, saddle, files frets if necessary, cleans the fingerboard and bridge, polishes and repacks your guitar, so you know you're getting an instrument that will play its best right out of the box.
