I don't want to give this channel strip a 5 because I don't want this review to be overlooked because it was considered as someone just doting over a product. This channel strip could easily be a 5 th... read more [+]ough. I have a large variety of mic pre's and microphones and this pre is more than worth the money. It is extremely reminiscent of the 6176. I have been using the channel strip with the cheapest mic I own (an Audio Technica 3035) and I need no plug-ins from pro tools when using it on any instrument or vocals. I HIGHLY recommend this channel strip. close [-]
