After decades of filing my Tortex picks to a point and scoring them with razor blades for grip, I started using these bad boys and haven't looked back. They have a HUGE, warm, fat tone and slide off t... read more [+]he string effortlessly and the grip keeps them stuck to your fingers. My only recommendation to Dunlop would be to extend the grip pattern down a little further toward the point of the pick, just below the "usa" for when you choke up on it. Other than that, these picks are the bee's knees. Go for the black stiffo picks if you want a brighter attack, but they sound a bit "plasticy" on the high transients to my ear. close [-]
