If you're looking for an 12-string acoustic guitar that's ready for any playing style or venue, the Taylor 356ce is a great choice!Taylor 356ce 12-string Acoustic-electric Guitar at a Glance:
Choice tonewoods - Sitka spruce meets Sapele The 356ce, is a prime example of the high-quality tonewoods Taylor selects for their guitars. It features time-proven Sitka spruce as its top, which gives you wonderful projection with the perfect amount of sparkle. The 356ce's Sapele back and sides also give it warm and mellow quality, similar to that of mahogany, providing it with an all-around balanced tone. Grand Symphony body style gives you balanced sound and incredible projection Taylor's Grand Symphony body style, featured on the 356ce, is a more modern take on the sleek Grand Auditorium shape, but with the waist moved up toward the neck. This give the 356ce a slightly larger lower bout, giving you an excellent blend of power and projection, without loosing the high-end definition of the Grand Auditorium body style. Renowned Taylor Expression System electronics Designed to faithfully reproduce your guitar's native tone, the Taylor 356ce's Expression System uses patented Dynamic Sensors to capture both top and string vibration with incredible detail. The Taylor ES system was created in partnership with renowned audio pioneer Rupert Neve. Unlike standard onboard electronics, the Taylor Expression System is seamlessly integrated into the design of the 356ce from the ground up. Onboard tone controls provide added flavor, or can be set flat for an uncolored, exceptionally clean amplified sound. Taylor 356ce 12-string Acoustic-electric Guitar Features:

Taylor owners already understand that Taylor has it figured out. You get the news magazine and understand that they are experts at engineering a perfect guitar. They consider everything that the playe... read more [+]r needs. I live close to Sweetwater so I called them and the guitars I wanted to play were set up in one of their recording rooms when I got there. I judge a guitar by the neck, action and play-ability. I thought I might have to use a pick and strum. I can finger pick and bar cord this thing up to the 12th fret. Finger pressure is less than a 6 string. I don't know how they got the strings so close together and so close to the frets. I would never buy a guitar without first playing it. That said, I think you can order this and be thrilled with the finish, action, electronics and sound. I love this thing. close [-]
