Its great to get rid of monitor stands. Now I have more room to add more sweetwater toys. The only thing you really have to worry about is making sure you hit the stud properly. Make sure you get a... read more [+] good stud finder before hand. The only bad thing is the fact you have to drill holes in your monitors. Hopefully in the future they will go ahead and have the option already on the monitors. Just put plastic crews in the holes until your ready to mount them. I felt like I was victimizing my monitors when I drilled them and put screws in them. Over all, they are very stable and you can really get a better angle when mixing or mastering. It comes with plastic screw inserts for mounting them off a stud BUT I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT if your studio is composed of dry wall. close [-]

They attach to the top or bottom of the speaker, so the amp built into the back of the speaker doesn't interfere with the mount.
