Sounds Great, Clean and Pristine Clarity, ? Attention to Details

In love with the features the sound and the 16x2's functionality. Glowingly would endorse those aspects of the unit. Upon receiving the 16x2 there was a rattling coming from inside the unit. Removed a piece of the case and was able to dump out several spacers as well as a bolt or two. Working with Sweetwater was able to workout a resolution for a future fix if the unit ever goes in for service. In addition to the loose, missing spacer from a preamp module, a LED or light that indicates if the insert for channel 8 is engaged does not illuminate. These two overlooked items have no effect on the 16x2's functionality, but would expect a bit more from an American, Hand-Made multi-thousand dollar product. Would definitely think twice before purchasing a Manley made product. Not that I would rule out the purchase, just not confident in their manufacturing. Summary: love the features, sound, and functionality. Questionable build quality at the detail level. In an automobile priced product, quality control should be significantly better. The product is built to order which makes exchange difficult and heavy shipping weight, insuring make sending the item in for service an issue. Manley service has promised to repair the issues if the 16x2 is shipped for other service which is cool, my hopes are that there will be no reason for the mixer to be serviced pretty confident, but keeping mi fingers crossed.
