Customer Reviewsfrom Clermont, FL March 19, 2013Music Background: Hobbyist A Work-horse!If you want a mixer that can do the job without busting your budget...then this mixer is for you! Thanks JK at Sweetwater for your help!from Nashville, IN USA March 13, 2013 Great valueI was in need of a small, lightweight mixer for stage use that would handle a duo or trio, had a decent bank of internal FX, and wouldn't set me back too much. My old Peavey 14-channel was doing a fine job, but is too large for the smaller combos, and I was tired of packing around more hardware than I needed. While this little Behringer is missing a few features that would have been handy (such as channel mute buttons and an input level control on the RCA tape-ins, which I use to play MP3s on breaks), overall it has everything I need. It's very compact and well-designed, and appears quite roadworthy despite being extremely lightweight. The sound is clean and clear, and the few FX I've tried (mostly gen-purpose verbs and delays) sound fine for live use. The external power supply, unlike many we see these days, uses heavy-gauge, well-supported cable, so I should not be having any breaks in the power feed. And at this price, it's simply an amazing deal. I'll be looking to Behringer again in the future, for sure.from Cookeville,Tennessee September 6, 2012Music Background: Pro Musician Awesome MixerThis little mixer does it all and at a great price too! With it's effects and 3 band eq... WOW!...it gets the job done! I use it for smaller gigs and mix 2 vocals and acoustic guitar without a problem. from Glens Falls, New York August 21, 2012Music Background: Semi-retired musician Get out the superlatives for this mic mixerIncredibly versatile, clean, great parametric eq, and compact, hell it's tiny. I use it for the band, for mixing recording , for practicing, with a looper, and if I ever need more mic inputs I'll probably just get another one and run them in series. Love it!from NC August 15, 2012Music Background: Producer/Church Sound Reinforcement Main Xenyx 1202FX-Great additionWe got this unit for our church fellowship hall (needed something, not too extreme or fancy). This unit is more than enough for our needs, has FX's & plenty of inputs. Great headroom! This is the swetest liitle machine I have ever used. Has all the features anyone would ever need. The only additional feature they could have added would be an additional stereo output...one is good, two would have been better.from Pembroke Pines, FL USA January 2, 2012 Excellent mixer for my own activitiesNot being an expert. This mixer works great for all my family events and get-togethers.from Pittsburgh, United States November 10, 2011Music Background: Amateur Musician Great Bang for the buck!I bought this for simple home mixing needs. The price was reasonable and the built-in fx make a nice addition. The fx sound great and the audio is crisp and clear. I have been very impressed with this compact little unit. The only thing to note is that only the first four channels have the three band eq. I somehow managed to overlook this and I was a little dissapointed. The last four channels are stereo, but no eq. I have incorporated this into a guitar pedal board to mix various processors and it has been great. No added noise and great sound, it does just what it says.
