I love dealing with Sweetwater. The inventory is always there, the service is always great and the turnaround time with free shipping is wonderful. Sales Engineer, Mike Godlove always reaches out to make sure I am satisfied with my order which is wonderful. There’s so much I need but can only buy a little at a time, but it’s wonderful to be treated with respect even though I’m not spending hundreds of dollars. You can best believe whenever I need something Sweetwater will be my first stop!

I’d like to point out that Mike Godlove is a joy to work with. I remember when I received my first sales call from him and he never became an over aggressive salesman. After a few months he called again. His personality caught my attention and made me decide to give him an order the next time I needed something. The guys at Sweetwater are always trying to meet or exceed my expectations and sometimes when I’m not sure it’s possible, they seem to pull it off. Oh, and the candy bag is gift worth giving. You guys are very special to me!

Everything about the experience was wonderful - customer service at its finest, as it should be! The only reason I put an 8 on one is because now I have everything I need. If I DID need anything else, I would certainly shop there again, though - it would be my first stop. Before I ordered, I emailed a question, to which Mike responded within hours. I was flabbergasted. I ordered a demo piano that said it showed signs of light wear, so I was a little worried. I'm sure you have to put that for a demo, but when it arrived, I was overjoyed. It looks brand new! Not a mark. I got tracking updates and email updates from Mike. And the little package of candy enclosed in the box was a sweet little bonus. The package arrived quickly and safely, and I love the product. I also love that I'm warrantied for 2 years, despite it being a demo and that I will always have customer service at my fingertips if I ever have questions about the product. I read that sweetwater's customer service was outstanding, and I can now concur. I couldn't be happier, so thank you so much for a wonderful buying experience!
