Apple has a variety of patches/updates for OS7.6.1 on their Web site. Check out the site for the full list, but here a couple of interest:
| If you are running 7.6.1, a Power Mac 6100, 7100, or 8100 and an Applevision 1710 monitor connected to the AV port, you should download the Applevision 1.5.3 extension. Or: If you are running a Power Mac or Performa 6360, 54xx, 64xx computer and OS 7.6.1, you should download the 54xx/64xx L2 Cache Reset. (7.6.1 has a bug that disables the cache feature on these machines, reducing performance) |
