Q: Can I put the neck from a Stratocaster on my Telecaster?
A: The scale length, bolt holes, and other requirements should line up fine. However, many Telecaster necks are squared on the body end (at the heel), where Stratocasters have a curve to the neck end. This may prevent the neck from intonating properly on the body without modification to one or the other.
