The Electro-Harmonix 8-Step Program is a step sequencer that outputs control voltage or expression pedal voltage for driving an external device, such as an analog synthesizer or an analog effects pedal. The tempo of the 8-Step may be controlled either by tap tempo or via MIDI clock sync, with tempo divide modes and sequence direction settings available for customizing the response even further. Up to 10 user presets can be saved and recalled.
