Q: How tall should my studio monitor stands be?
A: Most monitor stands come in one of two sort of “standard” heights: 36 inches and 42 inches. There are a few stands that are adjustable in height.
In general, you want a monitor stand that will hold your speakers at a height where the tweeter ends up at or slightly above ear level.
